Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. AutomotiveBypass does not charge any direct order cancellation fees. However, any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., credit card processors or PayPal) will be deducted from your refund.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Window: Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 45 calendar days of the original shipment date.

  • Pre-Approval Required: All returns must be approved by AutomotiveBypass before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

  • Item Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new, resalable condition.

  • Restocking & Shipping Fees:

    • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

    • Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

    • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs.

  • Inspection & Rejection: AutomotiveBypass reserves the right to inspect all returned products upon receipt. If a return is rejected following inspection (e.g., due to damage, missing parts, or clear signs of misuse), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs required to return the item to them.

3. 3-Year Limited Warranty

  • Coverage: Defective products will be replaced free of charge within 3 years of the original purchase date, subject to the terms of this warranty.

  • Product Revisions: AutomotiveBypass continually improves its products and reserves the right to replace defective items with a newer revision or updated version of the same product.

  • Prorated Refund Fallback: If an exact replacement or updated version is unavailable, AutomotiveBypass will issue a prorated refund based on the original purchase price and the remaining portion of the 3-year warranty period.

  • Warranty Process: Please Contact Us before returning any item for warranty evaluation. Our technical support team will assist you with the evaluation and guide you through the replacement process.

  • Vehicle Compatibility Disclaimer: AutomotiveBypass makes every effort to ensure that its products remain fully functional following vehicle manufacturer updates. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with future vehicle hardware or software revisions introduced by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Compatibility issues caused by subsequent vehicle hardware or software updates from third parties are beyond our control and are not covered under this warranty.

4. Non-Warranty Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Requests for non-warranty exchanges must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the product shipment date.

  • Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the original item, as well as the actual shipping costs for the replacement item.

  • Promotions: Free or discounted shipping promotions do not apply to non-warranty exchange orders.
